Check-in and check-out
The price for the rooms in Thracian Residence includes: overnight stay, breakfast, buffet dinner, wine tour, use of jacuzzi with mineral water, steam bath, sauna, mineral pools, relax area, free parking and Internet, tourist insurance, hotel tax and 9 % VAT.
The prices are based on HB and include a buffet dinner in Thracian Residence restaurant.
The price for the rooms in the "Starosel" hotel includes: overnight stay, breakfast, wine tour, use of jacuzzi with mineral water, steam bath, sauna, mineral pools, relax area, free parking and internet, tourist insurance, hotel tax and 9% VAT.
The price for the rooms in apart hotel “Starosel” includes only the accommodation, and the other services are extra charged.
Guests of Starosel Hotel and Apart Hotel can pay extra HB 45.00 for an adult and BGN 22.50 for a child from 4 to 12 years old for additional accommodation at the hotel.

Children to 4 years of age are accommodated for free. Price only for one child aged 4-12 years, the supplement is BGN 25 per night based on BB and BGN 47.50 based on HB. A second child over 4 years old is accommodated for free on a BB basis, on a HB basis an additional charge of BGN 22.50. Additional accommodation of an adult in a double room, maisonette or studio is charged BGN 35.00 per night on a BB basis and BGN 80.00 on a HB basis and for a different package - according to the package.
The apartments in the "Starosel" hotel part, the "Starosel" apart hotel and Thracian Residence are for the accommodation of two adults. The prices for a two-bedroom apartment in an Apart Hotel and a two-bedroom apartment in a Thracian residence are for four adults or two adults and two children.
Pets are allowed in most areas of the complex. Exceptions are the closed spaces of the restaurants, spa centers and the cellar. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed in certain areas of the hotel. and with good hygiene habits. Each specific case must be approved by a Starosel employee. The price for accommodation of a pet is BGN 25/night.
In the case of an undeclared pet, the hotel has the right to change or cancel the reservation without paying a refund or imposing a fine on the guests.
Cancellation of reservation
Reservations can be cancelled. The cancellation policy described below does not apply to group events and package offers.
Changes or cancellation of the reservation can be made without penalty up to 5 working days before the check-in date.
Changes or cancellations of the reservation from 1 to 5 working days before the check-in date are subject to a penalty equal to the value of the first night.
In case of changes or cancellation of the reservation on the day of check-in or in case of no-show of the guest, the entire value of the paid reservation will be deducted as a penalty. In case of an earlier departure, the value of the unused part of the reservation is not refunded.
In connection with the worldwide epidemiological situation, in case of force majeure, quarantine or a positive PCR test, a voucher for a paid reservation is valid for 24 months.

Payment and invoices
In order for your reservation to be valid, an advance payment by bank transfer is required within 5 working days to the specified bank account with the BASIS - the number of your reservation. For reservations received later than 5 working days before the check-in date - payment is required within 24 hours after sending the confirmation. Reservations including weekends and/or national holidays are fully prepaid. Reservations for accommodation on weekdays are prepaid in the amount of 50% of the cost of accommodation, but not less than the first night. In cases of special offers' reservation and campaigns, the payment's conditions of specific offer are valid.
In case you wish to issue an INVOICE to a legal entity, please contact us before making the payment.
Upon receipt of advance payment, your reservation is valid and considered to be finally CONFIRMED.
If payment is not made within 5 working days after receiving the confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question.

Considered from 01.01.2020. - children by the age 4 are accommodated for free. The price for only one child from 4 -12 years old, the additional charge is 25 BGN per night based on BB and 44 BGN based on HB. A second child over 4 years of age is accommodated free of charge on a BB basis, on a HB basis an additional charge of 19 BGN. Additional accommodation of an adult in a double room, maisonette or studio is charged 35 BGN per night on a BB basis and 73 BGN on a HB basis.
The apartments in the "Starosel" hotel part, the "Starosel" apart hotel and the Trakiyska Residence are for the accommodation of two adults. The prices of a two-bedroom apartment in an Apart Hotel and a two-bedroom apartment in a Thracian residence are for four adults or two adults and two children.
