Technologists and winemakers from the Starosel Cellar have ignited a flame that will leave a trace in our time and will carry over the centuries the tradition of the ancient Thracians, who have left us with a gift in the art of making and drinking wine.
The Enoteca of Starosel is an expression of respect for the traditions of ancient Thrace, which we approach when making wine. This is a hall which, besides being optimally air-conditioned for storing wine in barrels and bottles, carries with it the spirit of antiquity.
At the Enoteca of Starosel we conduct wine and brandy tastings, ritual restorations, weddings and any other cultural events that do not threaten the preservation of the drink or the spirit of the place.
