Restaurant Starosel is the first among the restaurants of the complex. Since 2006, he has enjoyed its guests with a wide variety of traditional Bulgarian and Thracian dishes. Its philosophy that the richness of regional cuisine must be preserved and upgraded to the expectations of contemporary taste.
In addition to its first-class regional menu, Restaurant Starosel welcomes its visitors and with authentic interior. Its design highlights are wood, stone and wrought iron. The salon consists of two floors. The first floor is spacious and bright, and the second floor creates a unique feeling of coziness and warmth. This feeling is further enhanced by the large open fireplace in the restaurant.
During the warm months, a spacious summer terrace is available to guests. It offers a fascinating view from one side to the vineyards of the cellar and the spa center, on the other - to the inner garden of the complex.
