Restaurant Terroir

The concept of Restaurant Terroir is to offer to its guests a variety of Bulgarian and international gourmet cuisine in an authentic comfortable atmosphere.

Restaurant Terroir opens its doors in 2015. The concept of this restaurant is to offer to its guests a variety of Bulgarian and international gourmet cuisine in an authentic comfortable atmosphere. Terroir preserves Starosel DNA both in its menu and in its interior style, but further develops it with an universal gastronomic context. Guests of the restaurant can enjoy the open kitchen with Big Green Egg BBQ and an authentic bread and pizza oven.

The restaurant lounge consists of two floors and a terrace that welcomes visitors throughout the seasons. In the hot months, there are also three arbors in the garden in front of the restaurant, just meters away from the vineyards.

Capacity of Restaurant Terroir:

• Ground floor: 30 seats

• Second floor and terrace: 40 seats

• Arbors (seasonal offer): 18 seats
